Missing from the In memorial wall

Does anyone know how to raise awareness of an actor who is missing from the In Memorial Wall?
The actor Miguel Ferrer who is best known for movies like Robocop and Iron Man as well as TV shows like Twin Peaks and NCIS: LA, died 19/01/2017 from cancer. He featured in Star Trek 3: Search for Spock as First Officer on the USS Excelsior.
Really disappointed he has been overlooked as he was one of my favourite actors. Is there a way anyone can help resolve this or put me in the right direction?
