Dear Devs, please let us reroll older lobi sets and mission reward sets

Dear Devs, there are a lot of older lobi sets and mission rewards sets that we still can't reengineer. Allowing us to reroll those sets would help expand builds and become a small dil sink.

    I even made a list of what needs to be rerollable.

    Mission Reward Sets
    Chronometric Calculations Set from "Time and Tide".
    Entoiled Technology Set from "Echoes of Light".
    House Martok Skirmisher Configuration Set from "Brushfire".
    Krenim Temporal Manipulation Set from "Butterfly".
    Preserver Resonant Technologies Set from "Blood of Ancients".
    Quantum Phase Catalysts from "Sunrise".
    Trilithium-Laced Weaponry from "Beyond the Nexus".
    Morphogenic Armaments from "Home".
