Suggestion for the Dev's

I would like to suggest implementing the Nemesis system or something like it from Champions to STO.. I think this would be pretty cool having a Nemesis to fight against.

I have been trying to find a suggestion forum for the Devs and this is all I could find. I hope they will even see it lol. What if there was a way for Captains to request a starbase posting from Admiral Quinn. Such as being assigned to DS9 or Starbase 39 instead of using Earth space dock for everything. You could exchange your transwarp location from the Sol system to that of your assigned starbase. Then it would also allow you to do this request as a Doff assignment maybe you could have required patrols in that sector you are assigned in. I think this would be an improvement because ESD is overcrowded and the others usually seem empty. Why not use the areas you have already created to their maximum potential. Even update some of the starbases with medical bays, bank/exchange areas, and throw in some ferengi traders in outer sectors. You could even make K13 the assigned base for TOS captains. Also, create a future base in the Gamma/Delta quadrant like Discovery's.
