    Romulan Republic characters should remember to get this mission from Lt. Ferra at Starfleet Academy or Lt. S'stas at Klingon Academy. Do not take the mission from Centurion Velaar as it is bugged - she shouldn't be giving out the mission at all as there is no Cmdr. Rojal to turn it in.
