Is the T6 Premium Ship box an account unlock?

I like the idea of getting a premium ship, but was wondering if it was an account or character unlock. Does anyone know?

The box is bound to the account, once you open it and choose a ship, it will be bound to that character. It will only unlock on the character where you unpack the box.

Single-character, it's just that you can pass the box around between characters until you unlock it for one character.

The only way to get account-wide lock box, lobi, promo pack ships is buying the Mudd's Market bundles.

they should at least let the ship traits be unlocked via dilithium
