Patch notes in English not posted but German speakers got them

Today we noticed some downtime and I went to see what it was about and so I could not find anything. A chat channel in game pointed out that there was patch notes posted but only in German and on German servers. The question remains did this issue effect the game as a whole and why was it not posted in ask languages. I smell something rotten in Denmark. Can we please get an English version of this?

    PATCH NOTES 08/09/2022

    Check out the latest changes to Star Trek Online in our latest patch notes.

    General:

    Fixed an issue that caused Assimilated Plasma Weapons to only grant 2% damage per stack on proc instead of 2.5%.
