Risa bird and monkey vendors

Why cant they at least let the bird and monkey vendors stick around a month or 2 after the risa summer event is up?? I got lots of tags I wanna trade it 4 marks!!!! (It's not like risa gets deactivated like the winter wonderland with their epoh vendor).
