Cyclical Chroniton Integrated Quantum Slip Stream

At the release of the Legendary Federation (2409) Captain Bundle, the consoles of the T5 Vesta ships have been unlocked for use on all ships. With that the capability for any ship to have a Chroniton Integrated Quantum Slip Stream has been unlocked aswell, provided the two piece set is installed on the ship. So far I am loving these changes.
However, this does not apply to full Miracle Worker Spec ships. I would like to suggest the following:
When the two piece set is equipped on a Miracle Worker Spec ship, the ships Cyclical Quantum Slip Stream becomes Chroniton Integrated aswell. This new Cyclical Chroniton Integrated Quantum Slip Stream (that's a mouthfull) would have the duration (90 seconds) and recharge during use capability of the Cyclical, but the base speed (Approx Warp 25) and turn rate (6) of the Chroniton Integrated.
