Reclaiming Special Boffs

I have a suggestion, and I think it's a small and easily applied change that a lot of players would appreciate.
Special Boffs like Nelen Exil and the Hierarchy boff from the Dyson Reputation system and the Delta mission "Alliances" are NOT reclaimable of dismissed. I've read a few posts where some new players were unaware and dismissed them with no way of reclaiming them.
I think having Nelen be reclaimed through either the dilithium store (like the Borg Rep Sci officer) or from the Dyson Rep store itself,
and having the Hierarchy availible to reclaim through a mission replay (like the Jem'Hadar boff from "Facility 40298" or the Elachi temporal eng from "Beneath the Skin") would be a great small thing to do for players looking to correct their mistake of dismissing them or those players who simply wish to redo their boff line-up and still have them available to them.
