After years of testing out new ships of the line, Admiral Kerr decided it was time to style one for himself. Kerr thought the best approach was to grey out the hull and re-engineer the systems to give off a real Noir feel. Then when it came time to name her, the first one that came to mind was from an old holo sim he enjoyed some time ago. It was introduced to him by Admiral Kim. To this day he still could not help the feeling that his favorite character in the holo looked familiar.
