Since the X tokens have somewhat deprecated the 5U upgrades, could they be merged, possibly?

Could Bort and the systems team crunch the numbers and such and look into "merging" the 5U and X upgrades into a single entity, so the X tokens also provide a 5U upgrade on 5U ships, making them into 5X with just the X token, while still being 6X upgrades on T6 ships?

    5U token = 700zen
    6X token = 1500zen
    This would be really bad for the T5 ships!
