romulan flotilla problem

no matter what i do i cant leave romulan flotilla cant beam too ship or staight too mission
ive even change ship and outfit :s even when i land on ds9 esd rom flotills newrom
i have too logout then back into game

    I don't know the situation... When can you not leave the flotilla? Any character or just a new Romulan starting out?

    I am probably not the person that could provide too much of an answer since Romulans aren't anything that I am too familiar with, but I don't remember any issues with the couple of Romulans that I have made.
