Rep DIl Vouchers don't work for Reputation Stores? Why not?

So I was looking at the Rep Dil Vouchers and thought I could use them to buy weapons/gear from the Rep Stores.
I could not.
I'd like to do that.
It seems to be a reasonable thing to do with them.

Also, could we possibly get to use those Vouchers for upgrading Gear?
If not all Gear, then at least rep Project?
And maybe Rep Store Gear too?

    While I agree with you on using reputation Dilithium vouchers in the reputation store the rest we can do without. the Dilithium sink is needed thru phoenix upgrade tokens. So no need for an upgrade option thru the reputation system.
