How to reclaim w/ Dominion?

I created a new Dominion character with the event going on, but I can't find how to reclaim previous ships and devices.

In the reclaim section of the Dil Store, ship equipment like consoles and warp cores are missing.

I can't find where to reclaim previous event ships like Risan, Kobali, etc.

Where do I find this stuff?

    It is in the events tab of the journal for event ships.
