Considering Reroute Reserves to Weapons locks out beam & cannon firing modes as well as surgical strikes it is seriously under powered.
Please either remove the firing mode lockouts or give this ability a huge buff.

I did a build on a Tier3 K't'inga 4/2 with beam overload 2;
It does about 50kdps.
I did a build on a Tier6 B'rel bird of prey with Reroute Reserves to Weapons; it got 45kdps.
My normal T6 beam overload builds are 80-100kdps.
Please either remove the firing mode lockouts or give this ability a huge buff.
