Can I craft then on my PC account then send these items to myself on PS4 Star Trek Online account?
This is somewhat nessicary as many thing are not avalible to get on PS4.

    Sorry to be the bearer of bad news, but the answer is simply no..
    Although if you are in a fleet or have some long playing friends on ps4 you may be able to ask them to craft what you need until you can get your crafting level high enough..

    No you can't, different servers.

    What do you want to craft? Pretty sure everything you need for crafting is available on console.

    You will need doffs from K-13 though for the special items (omnis etc) though.

    Eh, whut? I've been playing on PS4 since release in Spring 2016 and there's nothing that's not available on PS4.
