Surgical Strikes needs to trigger Superior Area Denial

If the Trait 'Vanguard Specialists' will now make 'Surgical Strikes' more viable for the high end, the 5 second extender aspect also means it is impossible to trigger 'Superior Area Denial' through any sensible gameplay.
This is why I believe updating 'Energy Weapons: Surgical Strikes' to trigger 'Superior Area Denial' is important. As it replaces and locks out both beam & cannon firing modes.
