Sweeping Strikes 23c.

It's odd that that is the only 23c trainable BOFF skill missing from the Fleet K13 holding. Meaning that this is the only one not obtainable by normal means in the 25c. 23c. characters can get it before leaving, but not after.
Up until today (according to the patch notes) the TOS Holocrew were farmable for Character-Bound skill books. And lo and behold, Sulu had Sweeping Strikes I (23c.)
It was interesting to learn that this "counter-bug bug" was available until now, but I would much rather buy the skill (and level II and III) for my BOFFs legitimately from K-13. Hopefully the Devs will patch this in.
It's not like it's a make-or-break skill, but it does look cool, and would be nice to be available like all the other 23c. skills.
