Moved upwards at the start of TFO

I just entered Iupiter Iratus, heard others warping in and suddenly the two of us started to move straight up unable to do anything because its still preparation time. That part is clearly a bug. But the next part isnt.
When we couldnt move further because we hit the edge of the zone a window popped up giving me two options, warp or dismiss. I thought warp would reset me, move me back into the acceptable zone like it does in gravity kills because I never had this prompt before. It kicked me out of the TFO with a 30min leaver penalty for all TFOs. WTF?!
