Terran Trailblazer Science Warship

The Web says I can buy this ship individually for 3000 ZEN, but I'm not finding that in the game on PC
This ship seems almost too good to be true..... I'm sure there are some drawbacks to this ship, if anyone already has this ship, please tell me about it pro's & khans....

    Looking at the bridge officer layout it seems to be a versatile ship. The tactical LtC and MW seat would allow for a mixed build. Yet having a Command specialist seat says torpedo build with CF3 available. If using the Gagarin's trait Entwined Tactical Matrices the LtC tac could be bfaw, csv, and torpedo high yield III to throw out a lot of spreads and high yields. The starship mastery trait looks interesting. After having a closer look I could see getting this ship for the flexibility (and fun) it offers.
