found a bridge officer

in Ten Forward
I was running the last delta mission in the story arc and as I was in the maze, I found a bridge officer and was able to claim her, just wondering if it was a bug because she bad TRIBBLE and I love her,

    Not a bug. That Kobali Engineering/Command BOFF has been there since the episode launched.

    FYI, unlike many other "special" / "episode reward" BOFFs, the Kobali BOFF can be edited in the tailor (though there are little or no head options), and is eligible to wear any Federation uniform.
