QOL: duty officer exchange

Currently at Star Trek Academy exchanging one duty officer for three lesser ones is a little bit annoying. Exchanging one at a time just take so long time. I'm hoping that this could be changed so we could exchange several duty officers at one time. Also have it auto filled like with the duty officer assignments. Don't really have an issue with the interface just want to be able to do more one time.
