Do Multiple KDF Recruit Endeavor Bonuses Stack?

With the end of the KDF Recruitment here, I was wondering if I should work on leveling my second recruit (I made one last year, and another this year), and start doing my daily Endeavors on that character. I'm wondering if anyone has already done, and confirmed, that multiple Endeavor bonus XP rewards from the KDF Recruits add up, or if it's only a flat 10% bonus, no matter how many KDF Recruits have gained the reward?
