QoL improvement: Make old character-unlocked event rewards account reclaimable

It'd be nice if those of us that have unlocked old legacy event rewards which have been moved to the phoenix box since on at least one character (for example: Crystalline Torpedo) could reclaim it on our account.

Yes yes, I know, Cryptic makes money phoenix boxes dilithium etc. pp.

Still, I'd like that After all, we were around for the event and they changed it for some events that came after. There's no real difference that'd justify not unlocking those old rewards to the whole account.​​

Back when event rewards were per character, did the system even remember which characters/accounts completed each event after the event was over? I see no reason why it would.

If that is indeed the case, there is no way for Cryptic to do what you are asking because they wouldn't have the data.

I can only speculate. But they can see which characters have specific items unlocked (I had support resotre an item of mine previously, they can see every item that character has access to). On that basis, it probably would be possible to add maybe a new item to the reclaim store that is a copy of the original event reward. But again, I have no idea how this stuff works.​​

Make Epic token rewards from Phoenix account wide. I think we may even see the dilex crash for a short period of time.
