Skills Set Tree Selection

Is there any chance that a Skill set selection will be implemented? Kind of like what was done in World of Warcraft where you could switch between Talent trees? Let's say I have a character optimized for carrier game play, why isn't there a tab in the skills section on my character profile that drops down a menu to several already created skill trees, say one optimized for a cannon escort or a beam escort, or an exotic particle ship beam build or other sets like that. I think that would open up game play a lot more.

Edit: As an extension of this... a drop down tab with sets for Doffs or Boffs. I mean you already have a set selection for ship items and cloths..
