The Abraham Lincoln outfit with the top hat was given out on a previous President's Day. Can we get a rerun of this event?

    I want a top hat. It will complete my Klingon's look. He's already a majestic gentleman and the addition of a top hat would push him to god tier barbie levels.

    As soon as that item hits Mudd's store, your freebie repeat request will be dead. They won't have free vs paid ways to get an item at the same time. Sorry.
