Tetryon Ground Weapons for Reputation: Crew getting injured by shoddy second hand tetryon weapons

So the Admirals that control my live every now and then tell me they need be to shoot a few holes into some folks and they will give me a performance bonus.

So far so good...

They call me down to their fancy office on the start base and say,

"Hey Unotetsu, go drill some holes into the bodies of our enemies using anti-proton beams, or disrupter beams, or phaser bolts, etc... "

And I am happy to do so as I have stockpiled up some ground weapons from the reputation system.

I then have to run over to the E-bay of starfleet and browse the ever changing inventory of ground weaponry for tetryon weapons....

And what do I find.... cheap flimsy common and and uncommon quality Tetryon ground weapons some of the common ones that have been used multiple times...

So we go buy a bunch of sketchy quality "common" Tetryon stun, wide, or dual pistols and what ever else we can find then go out looking for trouble and some enemies to drill tetryon induced biological havoc into...

PEW PEW pew... ( Weapon Jamming Noises ) ... Pew PeW PEw ( Weapons malfunction Noises) and worst of all.....

Pew PEW PEW... ( Weapon Power pack unexpected overloading plasma-capacitor whining noises ) BOOM!!!

"Well, Look like we need another Bridge Officer to replace Lt. Timmy ... ( who has sudden transformed himself into a rather large smoking crater)"

So what is the other option?

Oh I could whip up a quick batch of "Mk II" Tetryon Ground weapons from the folks down in the R&D department...

But then it becomes...

How do I keep my crew from blowing up?

How do I get nice powerful "Mk XII" Tetryon ground weapons with 2 or even 3 randomized stats?

How do I get affordable Tetryon ground weapons for low low reputation box prices?


Well, I for one welcome our new reputation boxes that would give us some shiny new rare or very rare tetryon ground weapons.
