Starship Traits from Zen-Ships account bound

Yes, technically they are account bound anyway...but I don't see a fun reason to have to outfit, station and ability assign to hotbar, fly 2 advanced patrols to unlock the starship trait on another character. Takes only 30 minutes, yes...but 30 boring minutes.
I'd be more than willing to have the initial unlock be 5 times slower, but making it claimable in the "Account Starship Trait" section of the dilithium store.

*edit: Include all the claimed event ships too, basically ships that are account bound anyway.

    Honestly, I would prefer this too. There's no reason the trait shouldn't be reclaimable across account, if the ship is reclaimable across account anyway
