More Alien Gen Options

I think we need more stuff in the Alien Gen, Like tails, Klingon hair and Fek'Ihri parts in general.

Add more, remove restrictions, unify palettes. Let us dress up our space "action figures" any way we want.

Additionally, the skin patterns should extend beyond the neck and down across the rest of the body. I have an Alien Fed that is using the Kobali pattern, but it only seems limited to the head and neck; I'd like for the pattern to go down as far as it normally should for base Kobali characters.

This and opened unified color palettes...I mean what harm is there in giving everything more color? It's not like uniform continuity matters since we already have people using what colors they want and have 25th century captains in 22nd century uniforms

For KDF Aliens, I'd also like to see the same facial hair options that the other races get. The Year of the Klingon update got some goatee options that I'd like to see available to the Alien race.

I want hooves above all else, either Kelpien but much more I want the Kramp'Ihri's cloven ones. And TOS Tellarite snouts for the aliengen.
