defiant/kor and any other shared crossfaction sets

considering the defiant and kor can now be flown crossfaction, it'd make sense if the sets were shared. it seems pretty odd to have two of essentially the same set not interact properly or at all. this probably applies to more of the older sets too.
these sets and any other similarly old ones probably at this point should be buffed with passive stats or improved set bonuses. again this will probably apply to a whole handful of sets.
