Holographic Crew Members in Inventory?

Hi 
I claimed a perk from something I got or did, which was the original TOS crew as holographic crew members. When I saw it "available" in the store, received the icon in inventory, and clicked the icon in my inventory it unpacked them all individually in my inventory (taking up a lot of space obviously, there or in Bank either one). So when I tried clicking on Spock, it said "No Room..." in something or other but Spock has disappeared from inventory nonetheless. When I look through all of my duty officers he is not there... 39 of 100 reserve officers and 10 (5 space 5 ground) active ones.
So where did he go? Why is he not at least in my list of available, inactive reserve officers? How do I get him back?
It's almost like if I'm dumb enough to click on him without having one of my 10 active officers slots sitting open he's just spent and lost. I don't even see them available to reclaim again to start over.

Also hard to figure out how I'll be able to use my Constitution Light Cruiser ship skin on anything T6 one day because I don't see Temporal Light Cruiser or Miracle Worker Light Cruiser available in any resource anymore, and I don't know of anything else that will wear the skin. Maybe I can at least put the Ranger Battlecruiser Skin on my Temporal Battlecruiser without spending $150 on 15,000 zen it asks for in Customize O.O once I meet the rank requirements to claim the Ranger with my T5 ship voucher. 15,000 is the price of a big bundle... hopefully the 2000 zen Ranger skin will just go on the Temporal Battlecruiser I have once I have the Ranger by itself.
But I'm rambling... sorry... LOL I've already spent 4000 zen chasing TOS stuff in one week like the Connie interior bundle and the Temporal starter pack with the Connie and the Temporal Battlecruiser that wants $150 more to look like a Ranger... I'll figure all that out -- but I'm kinda stuck about where Spock went if anyone can help with that, thanks!

I was confusing bridge officers and duty officers thinking I could even move them around from duty to ground away team and space bridge. So I looked for them all to be at least reserve officers if not stationed or on duty, lol.
The intended TOS Ranger ship skin on the owned Temporal Battlecruiser thing -- I'm still what I'm wondering a bit about that because it's not actually 1500 zen, but it's literally showing 15,000 zen (i.e. the $150 estimate) where the Ranger itself is probably only 2000 zen (or even 1500 or 1600 zen on sale another day or so). Yeah I was double-taking on the number of digits myself and just double-checked with the customization agent in Sol Starbase... I'm sure it has something with the fact there's a big 15,000 zen bundle where you get the Ranger and other things like probably the modern battlecruiser as well, but I already have it and probably other things in the bundle, from already getting a couple smaller TOS or Temporal bundles.
I can't buy the Ranger (and I even have a T5 voucher) because it says I don't yet meet the requirements on account of I'm still Lieutenant Commander. Also the Ranger doesn't say what I have to be so I hope it's just commander. Surprised me when I was able to fly its temporal future counterpart already.

I now can stop thinking duty officers and bridge officers were interchangeable.
