New Social Hubs: "Breen Hub / Alliance Hub"

Right now, we have several hubs, as you know.
With the emergence of the Alliance (which technically replaces the FED, KDF and ROM groups in a broader scope, as seen with more and more Alliance ships being released), I feel that the current hubs make absolutely no sense (I do want to keep them regardless though).
The truth is very simple: We have ships from multiple factions including Dominion (non-Odo based), Breen, Cardassian etc. that truly do NOT fit there. It makes no sense to have a Breen walk into ESD (in this scenario, we can ignore the character creation of you as a FED character, as there are no official Breen race, only costumes ingame).
Thus, I propose the following:
- A hub in the Breen Sector (on Breen itself if it's moved to the far right of the Breen Sector).
- This will allow DS9 show themed Dominion allies (Breen, Dominion and Cardassians) to have a hub for them
- The Hub should have everything you have on ESD/Qo'noS (accessible to everyone)
- Contacts (I.e. Temporal Contact and others if need be)
- Perhaps multiple sections that would include the exchange/mail/banks and ship related functions
- All of those are in the same "corner", and then 2 more "corners" with those (no one wants to run around too far)
- DS9 is way too small, and doesn't cater to true Dominion themed players
- Liaisons to the 3 heads (Dominion/Breen/Cardassian)
- They would be a Vorta (Weyoun #10, I guess XD), a Breen (Kel or Kul), and a Cardassian (Natima Lang) (each with their own office)
The same can also be said about the Alliance itself. With the following modification concerning the Hub:
- A hub in the Khitomer Sector (by moving Khitomer to the far left of the Sector)
- Again, since you'd have 4 factions in this case, you could have a lot of stations
- Contacts (I.e. Temporal Contact and others if need be)
- Multiple sections that would include the exchange/mail/banks and ship related functions
- All of those are in the same "corner", and then 3 more "corners" with those (no one wants to run around too far)
- Liaisons to the 4 heads (FED/KDF/ROM/Vanguard Jem'Hadar)
- They would be Kira Nerys, Lady Sirella, D'Tan himself, and Loriss (each with their own office)
Lastly, we need costumes released via the C-Store instead of via the Lobi Store
- Several costume Bundles for each faction, including: Cardassian, Dominion and Breen
- Weapons could either be sold via the C-Store or via the Lobi Store
- A C-Store Breen ships Bundle
Who knows, maybe one day Cryptic could officially add the Breen as a playable race.
