people love cosmetic customisation.
the star trek online customisation is kind of lacking. there are limited outfits that are generally uniform focused. some things could be really easily adressed.
like there's a lack of hats and sunglasses in the game. there's a lack of shorts. not everyone can wear leggings and tights.
if you put in a bunch of tradeable items for dilithium people will dump dil
