This is going back a decade, but I once invented a game from ESD. I'd encourage everyone to get into their Tuffli's (or Sublican Cell Ships when they were released) and go into an STF. It was such amazing fun. TOUGH, but such great fun.
When ESD chat started getting political and pretty nasty, it became pretty impossible to put teams together, but I'd love to be able to bring it back. It can also be done with your first ever ship, but it's got to be stripped down and rely on just your skill.
Would that also work with people who have the flyable Kobayashi Maru?
Absolutely! Any basic ship, of slots and abilities...you take them in, don't rely on endgame consoles and powers and put in some real team work to get the job done.
It's such fun to actually be taxed and have to work together.
I would, like 5 years ago, use t1 connie, nx, oberth in a tso, and did well. Folks would pm to say how impressed i did...did the stuff, did not blow up and do some decent butt kicking.
Lemme know if ya gonna do that, when and where, please.

I've never actually created a channel before, but I'll try and figure out how, hopefully this thread won't slip so far back that I can't reply to it without a slap on the wrist and maybe, just maybe, "The Tuffli Challenge" might return :-)
