All I see is Cryptic support getting slated left right and centre, So I thought it about time I shared my experience !
I purchased the Lifetime Sub, as posted in another thread, but did not get the Slots for the Characters. Inventory, Bank, Shared account etc...
I was expected to go back and forth with Support being told to try this and try that etc....
But no !
I got a single reply apologising for the issue and it was something they were aware of and trying to sort out. In the meantime they are going to grant my account with enough Zen to enable me to buy every single bank and account slot in the game !
I couldn't ask for more ! Problem solved in one simple step.
Thank you Cryptic ! And keep up the good work ! Good support, means happy playerbase and a Happy playerbase means more people spending money to keep this game alive !

No. Every issue I have reported has persisted in game for months, often times years, before being fixed, and many of them have still not been addressed or even acknowledged.
