[Console] Bridge officer uniforms

On console, we have an issue with bridge officer uniforms in that there are countless uniform pieces that cannot be used because bridge officers do not have access to categories other than "Uniform".
Take the borg exoskeleton for example. Because it has it's own category, bridge officers cannot use this costume, which is a real shame.
I don't know how difficult it would be to add uniform categories to the bridge officer tailor, but it would be really appreciated.

Perhaps since it is a cross platform issue, it will get higher priority.
