Mamy doff not actual today like: Very Rare Reduce the time for Photonic Officer or Photonic Shockwave to recharge after use.
Recharge time improved by 20%. Need remake to actual content change.

    It would be nice if they updated older doffs to more modern gameplay but i really think they wouldn't do that. This is kind of a "Why fix old free things, when you can charge money for new doffs that come in packs and lotto boxes?" mentality.
