Section 31 Split-Beam Heavy Rifle Concept

Use the same model of the Section 31 Heavy Rifle, but the sight on the top of the rifle pops up when drawn, and folds down when you holster it. Phaser damage, secondary Exploit up to x5 targets (2sec channel)., 10sec secondary cooldown, Split beam like the Kreiger Wave Split-Beam Rifle, beams to the original Section 31 rifle. Sound effects stay the same from the original rifle. Maybe add a red targeting laser beam somewhere on the sight.
