Finally Got Around to buying Cross Faction Flying

I am on my maxed level 65 FED and I can't claim any Cross faction ships from the CStore. Is the feature bugged? I've had this char since BETA, so it's about as max level as it gets.
My Old Blog about things that could and should have been added when I wrote it. Not sure what I want to do with it now. I'll just keep it available now that most of it is outdated.

    I also tried to claim the bridge officers from the Vanguard pack and they never spawned in my inventory. Unless they changes it I think the inventory is bugged. Again.
