So I want to create an Alien captain using one of my human captains, I want her to look the human captain but with alien features, how do I do this? I tried using a screenshot of the human characteristics, but it did not look the same.

Best way would probably be taking a screenshot of your human captain and trying to match the features as best as possible, you probably won't get 100% identical look so try to go for "close enough". Just remember that what you got in the selections might not match.

Alien gen won't work like that, use one bar less if you want to recreate your human, 50 percent on aliens seems like 75 percent on humans, give or take, alien gen tends to exaggerate physical characteristics.
