Fine tune power leves on ships

Hello
I tried to fine tune power levels on my ships but is almost impossible to adjust them to any numer. The only i can do is try to approximately adjust them to a random closet numer i wish to.
There's any way to adjust to an exact numer you wish other that these strange bars (yes they are cool and look like the ones on the series but is strange that weather can be adjusted to an exact number but no the power level of more advanced star ship engine...)

It's still only increments of five, but I find it much easier to adjust. You can lock each one when you get it where you want it.
And remember you need to do it in tactical space, not sector space.
