The funny thing is that if I figured them out, I (think I) would have easily made the Allied KDF/ROM escort I showed up for on the penultimate campaign day... oh well.
Anyway, I had quite the collection of these and decided to burn most on the entire Pavo campaign that recently ended, bc they cluttered 3-4 inventories and IDK if/when they might expire for the near future.
I have a handful left on one toon. The question is whether I should spend them now/soon while effective, or hang onto them as they will remain in play for the (foreseeable distant) future?
