PSN Account Question

Hello all,

What is a PSN account bound to? For example, I know this Arc account is what I log into for playing STO on PC. My PSN account though I made so long ago, I do not remember. It never asks me to log in. I've tested all my email accounts on the Arc password recovery and this is the only one that exists as far as I know.

Is there any way to tell? I've looked around on this website and on the PSN STO and I can't find any way to be sure.
