Console Account and Charity Code Redemption

Hello all, I have a string of questions.

Recently I've started to play STO on my PSN, which has been fine. I started it years ago, but quickly stopped, picked it up on PC and enjoyed it there. I can't play on PC anymore because of Reasons, so I switched back to PSN.

This is important because while I know this account is bound to my PC copy of the game, I have no idea what Arc account is connected to my PSN game, nor do I know how to figure that out.

This has come to a head with the recent Charity code. I purchased it, but as opposed to what I imagined, it did not give a PSN code. Rather it's apparently an ARC code.

So how can I make sure I redeem it on the correct account so I don't lose out on what the code gives?

Thanks,
Leia

The PSN account has to be linked to a different email than the PC account.

If you didn't delete the original welcome, verify account, etc. and all marketing emails you should be able to search on those in webmail or your mail app.

Then you can either search any notes or password files that you keep, or go through the password reset process.

You can then redeem the codes here: https://www.arcgames.com/en/code-redemption

I used a different browser so it didn't mess with my PC login.

@keepcalmchiveon - That part I got right. I chose the PS4 version of the Fanatics thing.

@davefenestrator - I don't have any emails from Arc to any other account than this one and I tried account recovery on all my other emails I had at the time when I might have signed up and nada.
What's odd is I have reinstalled on different systems (same PSN account though,) and it doesn't ask for me to log into Arc, it just finds the account. And I can't find any way to log out or see anything about my Arc account there to make sure it's the same one.

    Its strange.
