Who wants to wager that that'll mess our traits up again?
Me. I'm reluctant to buy it; the moment I upgrade, I can already hear Bort laughing in the background 'Oh, all your Traits got unslotted from your loadouts as well? Yeah, see, I always do shoddy work like this, and just unslotting all, when there's a Trait change, was simply the easiest.'
I think I saw something say it will probably be in the phoenix on occasions. I'm betting on that happening. This is just probably getting money on it's first appearance.
I did spend money on this game getting some for the first time in 3-5 years. Wether I regret that depends on how well boimler works out after they adjust it... 8(
My main could actually use it all. He's needed more slots forever. He's a weird character.
absolutely pointless since there is no content in the game that requires you to have it.
the few remaining space dps/pvp players will buy it just for the space trait slot but this game has entered the realm of ridiculousness.
ground dps/pvp builds are more broken than space and ground play is really bad in this game especially since if you get a ground mission or queue you don't have the chance to switch your primary and secondary specialization to ground set ups which is why I usually just leave most ground random queues. For ground play I do have 3 dedicated ground builds (one sci, tact, engineer) but i rarely play them anymore since there is so much screen spam you can't see anything LoL. It is already bad enough with all the sci spam in space combat but on ground it gets to the point where you can't see anything.

If a player truly is elite they won't need yet more power to cope with the flatlined difficulty curve and design philosophy of timer based spam.
Token itself is vastly overpriced for what you get as a per character boost. 1500 a pop is muggs markup level of greed in the pricing that shows how blind cryptic are choosing to be over the state of the dilex. IF this had been for dil as a limited time offer they could have repaired some of the damage they've done and still had time to get the exchange up to max in time to push zen sales around black friday.
They promote alts via the various recruit/agent things and yet here we have a per character gouging. If they get added as freebies the way ship tokens have been I might use one but like the ship tokens chances are they'll get put into the account bank to gather dust since I don't dedicate enough time to a single character to require them being "elite"
