Correct me if I'm wrong. Film Grain for Temporal recruits?

Did I just dream it having a film grain effect when the event first launched a few years back? Or am I missing a toggle for it?

I could have sworn I checked all the graphic settings, but nothing seems to ring any bells to turn it on.

    The TOS episodes did have film grain at first, but it was removed.

    The only toggle option I can find is this but there might be one for the episodes too:

    The 23rd Century Constitution bridge now has NPCs correctly sitting in chairs and the film grain effect has been added as a toggle option.
