[Bug] Campaign reward choice reward doesnt offer FED version to KDF char

I finished the event campaign and copied my KDF char to tribble a couple of times. On the first run I received my ship as expected. The borg dread. Second copy, selected the discovery t6 ship, got the choice box, used it... and only saw the sarcophagus as an "option". I could select it but I expected two options. I have cross-faction unlocked of course. I was told this isnt working as intended.

The choice box's contents depend on the player's faction; Klingon Empire players will receive the Sarcophagus Dreadnought Carrier when opening it.
ie Klingon. Klingon aligned Roms. Klingon aligned Doms.
