Doff Recruitment at Starfleet Academy

Would it be possible to put a timer on the Doff Recruitment missions at Starfleet Academy? I'm constantly doing recruitment missions for fleet projects and would like to be able to better spend my time rather than going to the Personnel officer constantly to find out if the cooldown has ended.
