Remove character(s) from screenshot

Is there a way to remove my character, and/or other players from a screenshot.

If not is there a way to take a first person screenshot (that doesnt revolve around being backed up to wall).

Essentially I want a couple of good bridge screenshots (near the captains chair or view screen) without my player

Im on PC if that helps.

PS is there a way to get screenshots of your ship / character with transparent backgrounds.

    Are you on PC or console? Not sure if there is a way to do what you would like unless someone else knows if it is possible to do so in-game.
