Event Rewards - contradictory info

The loading screen says the rewards for this Red Alert event are an Ultimate Upgrade, a Spec Point, and an X upgrade.
Also, when you follow the link from the login screen to this page - https://www.arcgames.com/en/games/star-trek-online/news/detail/11493713 - it says you get -

An Ultimate Tech Upgrade
A Specialization Point
An Experimental Ship Upgrade Token

But when you click the Reward Info button on the event tab, it says only Ultimate Upgrade and Spec Point, with no mention of an X Upgrade.

This seems to me like something worth asking about. Those X Upgrades are valuable.

The X upgrades are generally only part of the longer Red Alert event, since this is the shorter version of the event it doesn't have it.

Seems like a copy paste error on the blog.

    1) Who are you to be making pronouncements, like this was some sort of official answer?

    2) Having promised an X-upgrade in TWO places where everyone sees it multiple times per session, and only having the limited reward info in one semi-hidden place that requires us to click a button to see it, I think Cryptic will get a lot of pushback if they try to say we don't get the X-upgrade after all. Especially given that the event is already underway.

He's going off of past precedent, which is pretty easy for anyway to pick up on if they pay attention.

Since it's a free reward rather than something people pay for, Cryptic probably won't care. Typos and copy+paste errors in official announcements are so common now that they are essentially a feature at this point.

I'd just go with what it says in-game under "reward info".

What about when they put up the loading screen information that talks about the Experimental Upgrade token as well as though it was a two week event, but the date has it for one week. I can see it being a copy and paste error for the blog, but for loading screens is another story, unless it's Kael who ALSO does said loading screens.

and that's enough out of this. Don't ask for opinions from other people then try to flame/troll them over it.
